Italian and Gluten-Free Dishes!

As a restaurant, our aim is to create a menu that everyone will enjoy. We make it our mission to put a smile on as many people as possible through our delicious meals. You might think that this is a bit of a stretch, but it is not. To prove it to you, the menu that we created is flexible enough to cater to most people’s diet, even if you are gluten-free.

Gluten-Free Diet

Having a gluten-free diet, according to the Celiac Disease Foundation, can mean that your food options are not as broad as people who do not need to take extra precautions on what they eat. Cutting out gluten is difficult, especially now where most of the food that we see, eat, and buy are processed and mass-produced. Although you can work around to eating only natural food, but there are things that are just out of your control, such as the food in the restaurants.

A lot of restaurants still do not serve food based on a person’s diet, especially restaurant chains. This can further limit food options for people going through with certain diets, such a gluten-free. Although they are allowed to eat fresh food and some grains, they still need to be extra careful as their food can be exposed to gluten. To make things worse, their alcohol options are limited as well as some beverages are not gluten-free and can cause their symptoms to rise.

Quattro

Quattro does as very great job in catering to people’s preference. As to everyone’s surprise, although we are an authentic Italian restaurant, we serve gluten-free meals, and yes, that includes some of our famous pastas! Our friendly and highly-trained staff can guide you through our menu to make sure you know what your options are and that your food is done correctly. We value all our customers and want them to have a wonderful experience when they are dining with us.

If ever you are by the North End and looking for a restaurant that can fit your diet, check us out!
